 Legend has it that Rose Water is one of the most ancient discoveries around how plants can be used for food and cosmetic properties.  You’ll have to travel back in time into 10th century Persia (what we know now as Iran), to thank Avicenna for seeing beyond the physical beauty of a rose.  Thanks to his curiosity and love for science, we now know that the most delicate of petals can transform into something powerful.
