  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the mashed bananas, walnut butter, and eggs together.
  3. Fold in the flour and baking soda.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.

Walnut butter replaces the usual oil here, so the loaf comes out denser and richer than a typical banana bread.
