Classic banana bread with a deep, earthy richness from stone-ground walnut butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Balsam Walnut Butter Spread
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the mashed bananas, walnut butter, and eggs together.
- Fold in the flour and baking soda.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.
Walnut butter replaces the usual oil here, so the loaf comes out denser and richer than a typical banana bread.
