Where It All Began
Growing up, tahini was on the table at every meal. But when we moved to Canada, we struggled to find tahini that tasted anything like home. Store shelves were filled with bitter, over-processed products loaded with additives.
So we decided to make our own.

Stone-Ground the Old Way
We partnered with traditional stone mills to slowly grind premium sesame seeds at cool temperatures. This preserves the natural oils, nutrients, and deep flavour that modern high-speed processing destroys.
