We grew up surrounded by the rich, bold flavors of the Mediterranean, but no matter how many recipes we recreated, something was always missing—that deep, authentic taste we remembered from home.

That craving turned into a mission. What began as a small, two-person tahini workshop has now grown into a 25,000-square-foot facility, where we carefully craft and distribute Middle Eastern staples across North America. Every jar of tahini, every bite of halawa, and every sesame seed we source carries the story of our roots, our passion, and our commitment to quality.
