Phyllo rolls filled with omega-3-rich walnut butter and honey — a shortcut take on baklava.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Balsam Walnut Butter Spread
- 3 tbsp honey
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer and brush the phyllo sheets with melted butter, then spread with walnut butter.
- Roll up tightly and slice into pieces.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden, then drizzle with honey while warm.
Keep unused phyllo sheets covered with a damp towel while you work — they dry out and crack quickly.
