Phyllo rolls filled with omega-3-rich walnut butter and honey — a shortcut take on baklava.

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer and brush the phyllo sheets with melted butter, then spread with walnut butter.
  3. Roll up tightly and slice into pieces.
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden, then drizzle with honey while warm.

Keep unused phyllo sheets covered with a damp towel while you work — they dry out and crack quickly.
