A green-hued hummus twist that swirls pistachio butter through the classic chickpea base.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp Balsam Pistachio Butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
METHOD
- Blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
- Spread onto a plate and swirl the pistachio butter through the top.
- Finish with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Swirling the pistachio butter on top rather than blending it in keeps its bright color and flavor from getting lost.
