No-bake granola bars held together by rich, zinc-dense pumpkin seed butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Pumpkin Seed Butter Spread
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
METHOD
- Warm the pumpkin seed butter and honey together until pourable.
- Stir in the oats and pumpkin seeds until evenly coated.
- Press firmly into a lined pan and chill for 2 hours before slicing.
Press the mixture down hard — the firmer the press, the cleaner the bars slice.
