INGREDIENTS
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup Balsam Smooth & Crunchy Pistachio Spread
- Crushed pistachios and flaky salt, to finish
METHOD
- Slice each date open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Pipe or spoon the pistachio spread inside.
- Top with crushed pistachios and flaky salt.
The crunchy pistachio pieces in the spread mean you don't need to add any extra texture — though a little more never hurts.
