Layered dessert cups that bring the Dubai chocolate flavor profile to a spoon-friendly, no-oven dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Balsam Pistachio Kunafa Spread, plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
METHOD
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter; press a spoonful into the bottom of 4 small glasses or jars.
- Beat the cream cheese, pistachio kunafa spread, and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the tops.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, warm a spoonful of pistachio kunafa spread until pourable and drizzle over each cup.
Top with crushed pistachios or a few strands of toasted kataifi for crunch.
