A five-minute satay sauce built on honey-soaked peanuts instead of plain peanut butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Balsam Organic Honey with Peanuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Warm water, to thin
METHOD
- Blend or mash the honey peanuts with soy sauce and lime juice.
- Thin with warm water until pourable.
- Serve over grilled skewers or noodles.
The honey already blended through the peanuts means this sauce needs no extra sweetener to balance the soy and lime.
