The easiest cheese board upgrade — a jar of mixed nuts already soaked in raw honey.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 wedge soft cheese (brie or goat cheese)
- 3 tbsp Balsam Organic Honey with Mixed Nuts
- Crackers, for serving
METHOD
- Place the cheese on a board.
- Spoon the honey and nut blend generously over the top.
- Serve with crackers.
Let the cheese sit at room temperature for 20 minutes first — it makes the honey drizzle over it far more evenly.
