A decadent blondie studded with honey-soaked macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup Balsam Organic Honey with Macadamia, chopped
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and egg, then stir in the flour.
- Fold in the chopped honey macadamia and white chocolate.
- Bake in a lined 8-inch pan for 22–25 minutes.
Chop the macadamia nuts roughly rather than finely — you want distinct buttery chunks throughout the blondie.
