A classic two-ingredient wellness ferment: raw garlic slowly transformed by raw honey.

METHOD

  1. Place the peeled garlic cloves in a clean jar.
  2. Pour the honey over, making sure the garlic is fully submerged.
  3. Loosely cover and let ferment at room temperature for at least 1 week, burping the jar daily to release gas.

The honey will thin and bubble slightly as fermentation begins — that's a good sign, not spoilage.
