A weeknight stir-fry that skips the separate honey-glaze step, since the cashews already carry it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken, cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Balsam Organic Honey with Cashews
- Sliced vegetables of choice
METHOD
- Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables in a hot pan with soy sauce until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the honey cashews.
- Serve over rice.
Add the honey cashews off the heat, at the very end — direct high heat can scorch the honey coating.
