INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Flax Seed Spread
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Stir the flax seed spread, oats, honey, and salt together until a thick dough forms.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and store in the fridge.
These freeze well — make a double batch and pull a few out the night before you need them.
