A naturally creamy, slightly sweet blondie built entirely around cashew butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Cashew Butter Spread
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cashew butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda.
- Spread into a lined 8-inch pan and bake for 18–20 minutes.
This is a flourless blondie — the cashew butter provides all the structure, so don't be tempted to add flour.
