A creamy smoothie built around selenium-rich Brazil nut butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Balsam Brazil Nut Butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour and serve immediately.
Two Brazil nuts cover a full day's selenium — a couple of tablespoons of this butter does the same, blended right into breakfast.
