INGREDIENTS
- 300g dark chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup Balsam Brazil Nut Butter, warmed until pourable
- Sea salt
METHOD
- Spread melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Dollop the Brazil nut butter over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and chill until set, then break into shards.
Work quickly once the chocolate is spread — the swirl sets best while everything is still fluid.
