An earthy, peppery dressing built on black seed paste instead of plain tahini.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Balsam Black Seed Paste Spread
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- Water, to thin
- Salt
METHOD
- Whisk the black seed paste and lemon juice together.
- Whisk in the garlic.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time until pourable, then season with salt.
The earthy, peppery bite of black seed makes this dressing especially good over roasted vegetables or grain bowls.
