INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Almond Butter Spread
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- Mini chocolate chips (optional)
METHOD
- Stir the almond butter, oats, and honey together until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Chill 15 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.
Store these in the fridge in an airtight container — they'll keep for about a week.
