INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup labneh or thick Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Balsam Zaatar Halawa
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Warm pita, for serving

METHOD

  1. Stir the zaatar halawa into the labneh until swirled through, not fully blended.
  2. Spread onto a plate.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with warm pita for dipping.

Leave visible streaks of halawa rather than mixing it in completely — it looks (and tastes) better in ribbons.
