A creamy, savory noodle sauce built on a blend of tahini and roasted peanuts.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Balsam Tahini & Peanut Butter Spread
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Warm water, to thin
METHOD
- Whisk the tahini-peanut butter spread with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Add warm water 1 tbsp at a time until pourable.
- Toss with warm noodles.
The combined sesame and peanut flavor here is richer and more complex than using either tahini or peanut butter alone.
