A flourless-friendly blondie built entirely around tahini and peanut butter spread.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Tahini & Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the tahini-peanut butter spread, brown sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda.
- Spread into a lined 8-inch pan and bake for 18–20 minutes.
No flour needed — the spread's own structure holds the blondie together.
