A make-ahead breakfast oats jar sweetened entirely by tahini and date syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup Spread
- Sliced banana, for topping
METHOD
- Stir the oats, milk, and tahini-date spread together in a jar.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with sliced banana before serving.
No added sweetener needed here — the date syrup already blended into the spread does the job.
