Baked pears filled with a sugar-free cardamom pistachio spread — naturally sweet, no added sugar.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pears, halved and cored
- 4 tbsp Balsam Pistachio Cardamom Spread
- Chopped pistachios, to finish
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill the cored pear halves with the cardamom pistachio spread.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
- Top with chopped pistachios.
