A five-minute sauce that turns a plain bowl of noodles into dinner — no cooking required.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Balsam Pure Peanut Butter Spread
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Warm water, to thin
METHOD
- Whisk the peanut butter spread with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add warm water 1 tbsp at a time until it reaches a pourable, glossy consistency.
- Toss with warm noodles, or use as a dip for spring rolls and raw vegetables.
This sauce thickens as it sits — thin it with a little more warm water right before serving.
