INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
- 2 tbsp Balsam Smoked Sesame Oil
- Salt
METHOD
- Toss the vegetables with smoked sesame oil and salt.
- Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until charred at the edges.
