  1. Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with mayonnaise and smoked sesame oil.
  2. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  3. Dust with paprika.

A little of this oil replaces the usual smoked paprika base note — start with just a teaspoon, it's potent.
