The one-move trick that makes any stir-fry taste like it came from a restaurant kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
- Any stir-fry (vegetables, protein, noodles)
- 1–2 tsp Balsam Sesame Oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
METHOD
- Cook your stir-fry as usual using a neutral oil for the actual frying.
- Remove from heat and drizzle sesame oil over the top just before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Add sesame oil at the very end, off the heat — its flavor breaks down quickly at high stir-fry temperatures.
