The one-move trick that makes any stir-fry taste like it came from a restaurant kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  • Any stir-fry (vegetables, protein, noodles)
  • 1–2 tsp Balsam Sesame Oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

METHOD

  1. Cook your stir-fry as usual using a neutral oil for the actual frying.
  2. Remove from heat and drizzle sesame oil over the top just before serving.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Add sesame oil at the very end, off the heat — its flavor breaks down quickly at high stir-fry temperatures.
