A five-minute dressing for slaw, noodles, or greens.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp Balsam Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp honey

METHOD

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  2. Taste and adjust with more vinegar or honey.
  3. Toss with slaw, noodles, or greens.

This keeps in the fridge for about a week — just give it a good shake before using.
