A cooling, fragrant yogurt drink perfumed with a few drops of rose water.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1/2 tsp Balsam Rose Water
- Crushed pistachios, to garnish
METHOD
- Blend the yogurt, milk, honey, and rose water until smooth.
- Pour over ice.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios.
Rose water is potent — start with a half teaspoon and add more only if the floral note isn't yet coming through.
