A cooling, fragrant yogurt drink perfumed with a few drops of rose water.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Balsam Rose Water
  • Crushed pistachios, to garnish

METHOD

  1. Blend the yogurt, milk, honey, and rose water until smooth.
  2. Pour over ice.
  3. Garnish with crushed pistachios.

Rose water is potent — start with a half teaspoon and add more only if the floral note isn't yet coming through.
