Thin, crisp crackers studded with raw Humera sesame seeds.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup Balsam Raw Humera Sesame Seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the flour, sesame seeds, olive oil, water, and a pinch of salt into a dough.
- Roll out very thin on a lined baking sheet and score into squares.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
Roll the dough as thin as you can manage — thickness is the main thing separating a cracker from a biscuit.
