A sugar-free, ruby-red mocktail built on reduced pomegranate juice.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Balsam Pomegranate Syrup
- Sparkling water
- Ice
- Fresh mint and lime, to garnish
METHOD
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in the pomegranate syrup, then top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently and garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
Because this syrup has no added sugar, feel free to pour a slightly heavier hand than you would with a sweetened grenadine.
