A sticky, tangy glaze that turns simple roasted chicken into something special.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Balsam Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
METHOD
- Whisk the pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and garlic together.
- Brush over the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
The molasses' acidity helps tenderize the chicken while it marinates, on top of adding a deep, tangy glaze.
