Slow-simmered rice pudding finished with a swirl of pistachio tahini-date spread.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Pistachio
METHOD
- Simmer the rice and milk together over low heat, stirring often, for about 15 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in the pistachio tahini-date spread until fully melted through.
- Serve warm or chilled.
No added sugar needed — the date syrup in the spread sweetens the whole pot.
