INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices thick toast
- 4 tbsp Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Pistachio
- Crushed pistachios, to finish
METHOD
- Toast the bread until golden.
- Spread generously with the pistachio tahini-date spread.
- Top with crushed pistachios.
The combination of sesame, date syrup, and pistachio is essentially baklava's flavor profile, without the phyllo.
