A simple vinaigrette that lets emerald-green pistachio oil shine on simple greens.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp Balsam Pistachio Oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Whisk the vinegar and honey together.
- Slowly whisk in the pistachio oil until emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper.
