A three-ingredient appetizer that lets a good pistachio oil do all the talking.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ball burrata
- 2 tbsp Balsam Pistachio Oil
- Crushed pistachios and flaky salt
- Crusty bread, for serving
METHOD
- Place the burrata on a plate and let it come to room temperature.
- Drizzle generously with pistachio oil.
- Scatter crushed pistachios and flaky salt on top.
- Serve with crusty bread.
A little goes a long way — pistachio oil is intensely aromatic, so a light drizzle is plenty.
