A three-ingredient appetizer that lets a good pistachio oil do all the talking.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ball burrata
  • 2 tbsp Balsam Pistachio Oil
  • Crushed pistachios and flaky salt
  • Crusty bread, for serving

METHOD

  1. Place the burrata on a plate and let it come to room temperature.
  2. Drizzle generously with pistachio oil.
  3. Scatter crushed pistachios and flaky salt on top.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.

A little goes a long way — pistachio oil is intensely aromatic, so a light drizzle is plenty.
