Warm croissants filled with pistachio honey halawa spread and crushed pistachios.

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant almost through and spread the halawa filling inside.
  3. Top with crushed pistachios and bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.

Reheating briefly loosens the halawa spread so it oozes rather than sitting stiff inside the croissant.
