Warm croissants filled with pistachio honey halawa spread and crushed pistachios.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 croissants
- 1/2 cup Balsam Pistachio Honey Halawa Spread
- Crushed pistachios, for topping
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each croissant almost through and spread the halawa filling inside.
- Top with crushed pistachios and bake for 8–10 minutes until warmed through.
Reheating briefly loosens the halawa spread so it oozes rather than sitting stiff inside the croissant.
