INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices thick sourdough or country bread, toasted
- 4 tbsp Balsam Pistachio Halawa Spread
- Drizzle of honey
- Flaky sea salt and crushed pistachios, to finish
METHOD
- Toast the bread until deeply golden.
- Spread generously with the pistachio halawa spread while the toast is still warm.
- Drizzle with honey and scatter crushed pistachios and sea salt on top.
Warming the jar slightly (10 seconds in the microwave) makes the spread glide instead of tear the toast.
