Melted chocolate, crumbled halawa, and chopped pistachios set into snappable bark.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g white or dark chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup crumbled Balsam Pistachio Halawa
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Pinch of sea salt

METHOD

  1. Spread melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray.
  2. Scatter crumbled halawa and pistachios evenly over the top, pressing in gently.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Chill until set, then break into shards.

Work quickly once the chocolate is spread — halawa crumbles stick best while the chocolate is still fluid.
