Melted chocolate, crumbled halawa, and chopped pistachios set into snappable bark.
INGREDIENTS
- 300g white or dark chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup crumbled Balsam Pistachio Halawa
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- Pinch of sea salt
METHOD
- Spread melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Scatter crumbled halawa and pistachios evenly over the top, pressing in gently.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill until set, then break into shards.
Work quickly once the chocolate is spread — halawa crumbles stick best while the chocolate is still fluid.
