Cored apples filled with a rich tahini, date syrup, and pecan blend, baked until tender.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 apples, cored
- 4 tbsp Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Pecan
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill the cored apples with the tahini-pecan spread.
- Dust with cinnamon and bake in a dish with a splash of water for 30–35 minutes until tender.
The spread caramelizes as it bakes into the apple, so expect it to bubble slightly around the edges.
