A make-ahead breakfast that only gets better the longer it sits — ready before you are.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Stir the oats, milk, peanut butter spread, and honey together in a jar until the peanut butter is mostly incorporated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
  3. Stir again in the morning, loosening with a splash more milk if needed.
  4. Top with sliced banana and a drizzle of extra peanut butter.

Warming the peanut butter spread for 10 seconds before mixing makes it stir in far more evenly.
