A make-ahead breakfast that only gets better the longer it sits — ready before you are.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Balsam Pure Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Sliced banana, for topping
METHOD
- Stir the oats, milk, peanut butter spread, and honey together in a jar until the peanut butter is mostly incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
- Stir again in the morning, loosening with a splash more milk if needed.
- Top with sliced banana and a drizzle of extra peanut butter.
Warming the peanut butter spread for 10 seconds before mixing makes it stir in far more evenly.
