No ice cream maker required — just whipped cream, condensed milk, and crumbled pistachio halawa.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup crumbled Balsam Pistachio Halawa
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
METHOD
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold in the condensed milk until combined.
- Fold in the crumbled halawa and chopped pistachios, keeping some larger pieces intact.
- Freeze in a loaf pan for at least 6 hours.
Leave a few halawa chunks larger than pea-sized — they stay pleasantly chewy even frozen.
