No ice cream maker required — just whipped cream, condensed milk, and crumbled pistachio halawa.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup crumbled Balsam Pistachio Halawa
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

METHOD

  1. Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
  2. Fold in the condensed milk until combined.
  3. Fold in the crumbled halawa and chopped pistachios, keeping some larger pieces intact.
  4. Freeze in a loaf pan for at least 6 hours.

Leave a few halawa chunks larger than pea-sized — they stay pleasantly chewy even frozen.
