Layered no-bake bars built on a bold mint chocolate tahini spread.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Mint Chocolate Tahini Spread
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
METHOD
- Warm the mint chocolate tahini spread slightly until pourable.
- Stir in the oats and honey until evenly coated.
- Press firmly into a lined pan and chill for 2 hours before slicing.
Press the mixture down hard — a firm press keeps the bars from crumbling once sliced.
