INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 2 tbsp Balsam 12 Mixed Nut & Seed Butter
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- Toppings: granola, sliced fruit, extra nut butter drizzle
METHOD
- Blend the frozen banana, berries, nut butter, and milk until thick — closer to soft-serve than a drink.
- Add more milk only a splash at a time if it won't blend.
- Pour into a bowl and top with granola, fruit, and a drizzle of nut butter.
