Crisp kataifi nests filled with honey and pistachios — a bite-sized baklava alternative.

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the kataifi with melted butter and press into muffin tin cups to form nests.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  4. Fill the cooled nests with chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey.

Press the kataifi firmly against the sides of the muffin cups — that's what gives the nests their shape once baked.
