Crisp kataifi nests filled with honey and pistachios — a bite-sized baklava alternative.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Balsam Roasted Kataifi
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- Chopped pistachios
- Honey, for drizzling
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the kataifi with melted butter and press into muffin tin cups to form nests.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Fill the cooled nests with chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
Press the kataifi firmly against the sides of the muffin cups — that's what gives the nests their shape once baked.
