Warm milk whisked with a hazelnut tahini-date spread and cocoa for a rich sipping chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Hazelnut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
METHOD
- Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Whisk in the tahini-hazelnut spread and cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
- Pour into mugs and serve hot.
Keep the heat gentle — the date syrup in the spread can scorch if the milk boils too hard.
