No-bake granola bars held together by a rich hazelnut tahini-date spread.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Hazelnut
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
- Warm the spread slightly until pourable.
- Stir in the oats and chopped hazelnuts.
- Press firmly into a lined pan and chill for 2 hours before slicing.
Press the mixture down hard — a firm press is what keeps the bars from crumbling when sliced.
