METHOD
- Prepare the brownie batter and pour into a lined pan.
- Scatter crumbled halawa evenly over the surface.
- Swirl gently with a knife, leaving pockets of halawa visible.
- Bake according to your brownie recipe, then top with extra crumbles while still warm.
Don't overmix the swirl — you want distinct pockets of halawa, not an even blend.
