A three-ingredient bite that turns pantry staples into an elegant, no-cook dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup crumbled Balsam Plain Halawa
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- Flaky sea salt
METHOD
- Slice each date open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Press a small piece of crumbled halawa into each date.
- Top with chopped pistachios and a pinch of flaky salt.
- Serve at room temperature.
Warm the halawa piece slightly between your fingers before stuffing — it presses into the date more easily.
