A three-ingredient bite that turns pantry staples into an elegant, no-cook dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Balsam Plain Halawa
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Flaky sea salt

METHOD

  1. Slice each date open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. Press a small piece of crumbled halawa into each date.
  3. Top with chopped pistachios and a pinch of flaky salt.
  4. Serve at room temperature.

Warm the halawa piece slightly between your fingers before stuffing — it presses into the date more easily.
